3、遗失《居民身份证》且因时间较紧来不及正式补办的考生，可以由本人户口所在地派出所开具带有考生近照的《户籍证明》，并且需在《户籍证明》上考生照片位置加盖户籍专用章(《居民身份证》复印件无效)。否则视为无效证件不得办理补发《准考证》的手续。
