因为国家不让自考生考4级，所以我不能衡量四级的分数和自考本科的关系。单纯说自考本科，近代史和马哲公共课，背背就行了，马哲比较难，而且应该不是马哲吧？是马克思基本理论，就是有唯物论，辩证法，资本论和科学社会主义，资本论比较难，有些看不懂，单总得说你下功夫背，就应该可以过关。剩下的高英要求词汇10000，教材课文都是大师的名篇，非常值得好好学习。翻译比较死，得死记书本上怎么翻的，就得怎么翻，一个字不能差。写作教材没什么用，真是看基本功，不过我同学也有一次就70多分的。英美文学看着书厚，可是有很多删减的，可以降低难度，但也不轻松。听力口译你没说，听力就是4级听力，比较慢，口译就是汉译英英译汉，各地区难度不一！以上是必修二外要学就学日语，比较简单，我同学都考80多，其他语种不详，我学的法语，我认识的都没过，我险些过关，也就60.英语语法就别考虑了，咱自己语法怎么样心还没数吗？语言文化挺有意思，有助于梳理对于英语这门语言的系统认识。英语词汇学就是死背，下点功夫就行。外贸英语和外贸函电，就是商务上的词汇要掌握，我没有考，没什么好的建议。以上是选修。自考其实就是得看书，基础好的肯定不怎么费尽，但是基础不好，也没什么的，好好看书，再真下功夫学，其实英语还是很有提高的空间的。
是啊，有同感啊。我考了4次，第一次55，第二次40，第三次更差，但第四次我过了，说实话第四次我真没看课本复习。个人觉得：1.把课本中英文对照多看几遍，有助于最后两题（英汉互译，这两天有一题是课文原文）2.纠错题，做多了就找到规律了--一句话，多做真题3.词组翻译，就靠平时积累了--说实话这20分真的很难，无从下手啊，有人建议多看看CHINA DAILY4.说实话，自考试题大部分来源于课本，只要把这个课本翻透了，就搞定了

依我的经验：紧扣课文，先把全书按文体分各大类--然后再每篇抓你认为最难翻译的断落---反复熟记-----若是碰上原题你就赚了！若非如此，也没关系，反正经历过后，水平大涨。同时，注意翻译技巧方法即可。
