第二，热爱学生，关注发展。关注每一个学生的发展，给孩子们营造一个温暖快乐的学习氛围，让孩子们沭浴在师爱的阳光下，快乐地成长。
第三，逐步摸索，探求班主任工作的新路。班级管理能力的提升不是一蹴而就的，而要靠自己时刻总结反思，虚心求教，与学生沟通，与家长联系，架起和谐的班级沟通之桥。
总之，我会努力培养自己高尚的师德，认真做好自己的事情，默默奋斗，将“教书育人”进行到底。
