一、申请条件
1、考完本专业考试计划所规定的理论课程且考试成绩合格。
2、完成该专业所规定的实践性环节课程考核，并取得合格成绩。
3、思想品德经鉴定符合要求。
4、办理本科毕业证书者，必须具有国家承认学历的专科及以上毕业证书。
二、网上申报
1、每年会安排2次毕业申报，大概时间是6月和12月中旬。
2、网上申报完成后，系统会自动进行审核。审核通过的考生不需要去现场初审，可直接在网上缴费。
3、未通过系统初审的考生，按照网上申报凭单的要求，携带材料于规定时间、地点，进行现场初审，初审通过后可在网上缴费。
三、资格审核
经市自考办、主考院校、省自考委三级审核后，符合条件者，发给毕业证书及毕业生档案。
四、领取证书
领取凭证：准考证、身份证（有效期内）。
1、在规定时间内到自考办出示准考证、身份证领取证书。
2、在领取毕业生档案登记簿上签名，如受人委托代领，应同时出示被委托人的身份证。
3、领取档案袋和证书夹，仔细检查，有无错装或缺漏（档案袋内装自考毕业证书、自考课程合格证、自考毕业生登记表及毕业成绩单）。
4、将毕业证书、自考课程合格证取出，由本人妥善保管。
