智圣诸葛亮 诸葛亮是中国历史上最杰出的政治家之一，他集忠、孝、义、谋于一身，可以说是中国历史上公认的智慧化身。 2.历代朝野都对诸葛亮有很高的评价，“鞠躬尽瘁、死而后已”也成了无数仁人志士的座右铭。 诸葛亮，字孔明，公元181年出生于徐州琅琊郡阳都县（今山东省沂南县）。他的先祖诸葛丰在汉元帝时曾任司隶校尉，诸葛家族在当地属于名门望族。 刘备屯兵新野时，徐庶为幕僚，向刘备推荐诸葛亮。刘备三访其庐，诸葛亮才与其相见，并提出了著名的《隆中对》。即占据荆、益二州，联合孙权，对抗曹操，统一天下的建议。深得刘备的赞赏，自此成了刘备的主要辅佐之臣。后助刘备败曹操于赤壁，平定益州，使蜀与魏﹑吴成鼎足之势。 诸葛亮随刘备在川期间，主要依靠从荆州带来的旧属，同时注意笼络原来刘璋的部下和益州的豪强大族。对出身贫寒而有才干的士人，也大力拔擢，被称赞为能尽时人之器用。他法令严明，赏罚必信。公元221年刘备称帝，建立蜀汉，诸葛亮受任丞相、录尚书事。223年（章武三年），刘备病笃，临终托孤于诸葛亮。刘禅继位，他以丞相辅政，又领益州牧，封武乡侯。 建兴五年（227年）三月，诸葛亮上《出师表》于后主，率军至汉中，准备北伐。他先在汉中练兵约一年，然后北攻。魏南安（治甘肃陇西）、天水、安定（治甘肃济川）三郡当即降蜀。魏明帝亲赴长安督战，以曹真督关右诸军，采用以防守为主的战略。诸葛亮先扬言要由斜谷道攻取郿县，并使赵云、邓芝率一军据箕谷（今陕西褒城西北）为疑军，诸葛亮率主力西攻祁山。参军马谡领一军为先锋，驻街亭。马谡指挥不当，大败于魏军，丢失街亭。蜀军失去前进的据点，只好退回汉中。诸葛亮挥泪斩马谡，上书自贬三级，以右将军身分行丞相之职。 建兴六年（228年）冬，魏军三路攻吴，关中空虚。诸葛亮再次率军北伐。蜀军此次出大散关，围攻陈仓二十余日不下，粮尽而退。建兴七年（229年），诸葛亮第三次率军北伐。蜀军西向，取魏武都、阴平二郡而回。诸葛亮复任丞相。 建兴十二年（234年）二月，诸葛亮第五次北伐，以大军出斜谷，据五丈原（今陕西岐山县南四十里）。此次出兵，事先与东吴约好同时攻魏。但东吴迟迟不发兵，迄至五月，孙权才派陆逊、诸葛瑾率兵屯江夏、沔口（今湖北汉口），进攻襄阳，孙权自己则率大军围合肥新城。对此，魏明帝的策略是先挫败东吴。他亲率水军东征，让西守的司马懿坚守不战，让蜀军粮尽自退。但当孙权得知魏主的意图后，认为己方成了主战场，吃了亏，即令全线撤军。诸葛亮鉴于以往的教训，分兵屯田，打算久驻。 不久之后，积劳成疾的诸葛亮病死在五丈原军中，终年54岁。
